The Onyx 6 is the smallest passive speaker in Devine's Onyx Series. This 6-inch satellite speaker boasts an 80-Watt RMS power capacity and has an impressive SPL of 108 dB and a peak power of 320 Watts. It's equipped with a 6.5-inch woofer and 1-inch compression driver and, despite its modest size, the Onyx 6 delivers detail-rich audio that does justice to any sort of music you play through it.

The Devine Onyx 6: A Wee Powerhouse

Despite its modest size, the Devine Onyx 6 delivers the same solid and detailed sound as the other Onyx Series speakers. It's easily able to handle any style you throw at it, be it modern EDM or old-school rock.

The Devine Onyx 12SA Active Subwoofer

The Devine Onyx 12SA is an active, compact subwoofer engineered to add fat dose of low-end to your sound system. Outfitted with a 12" woofer, this bold bass bin boasts a 450W RMS power capacity and various connection options. The latter includes balanced stereo XLR line inputs for hooking up a mixer, XLR link outputs for sending an unfiltered signal to a second sub or full-range speaker with plenty of low, and regular XLR outputs for connecting full-range active speakers or an amplifier to cover the mid-high range.

Compact Active Subwoofer

Next to the aforementioned inputs and outputs, you'll find various switches for further sound-tweaking on the back of the Onyx 12SA. The crossover switch toggles between 80 and 120 Hz and accommodates use in combination with either smaller speakers or larger full-range loudspeakers, while the Sub Level pot is used to dial in the volume and comes accompanied by a Phase, a Shape and a practical ground-lift switch. Finally, in terms of safety, it's nice to know that Devine have equipped the Onyx 12SA with overload, overheat and RMS protection circuits.
