The classic monitor was just a wooden cabinet with a random speaker inside that dispersed obliquely upwards. The DVX DM 12 TH, on the other hand has been developed to give performers the best sound possible, and thus features a special DSP engine which makes it possible to adjust the EQ for optimal sound. With this monitor it is also possible to rotate the front of the speaker, so the tweeter and the woofer are always aimed optimally at the performer. This makes it possible to provide the most clearly defined stereo image possible with two speakers, without suffering from a comb filter effect.
Weighing in at only 24.5 kg, this speaker is easy to transport, especially with the help of a sturdy steel handle. Plenty of thought was also put into the connections, and as such they are mounted in a sunken connection panel in such a way that the cables remain inconspicuous and the connectors are protected from stage ruckus.
