Behringer have definitely picked up a habit and present another metallic-grey-cloaked Eurorack module sprinkled with coloured controls. As expected, we're looking at a fresh recreation of a classic bit of kit - in this case, the legendary ARP 2500: a modular system built in the '70s that has been used by various big names in music. The Behringer 2500 1050 Mixer/Sequencer - to call this little beast by its name - has two functions. It can be set up as an 8-in/2-out mixer which is a welcome upgrade if you need the channels, but the module also serves as an 8-step sequencer, which makes sense seeing as it's always about voltages here. To recap, the 2500/1050 is an interesting and generously-priced expansion for your custom wall of buttons, knobs and sliders.
