Fender Bassman 100T

When the volume of the Bassman goes up, the crowd goes wild. Its four 6L6 amp tubes provide up to a 100 Watts; more than enough for rehearsals and plenty for the average stage. The Bassman 100T has a two-channel circuit. The Vintage channel offers a warm, traditional tube sound with those beloved harmonic tube characteristics. For those who like to put the pedal to the metal, the Overdrive channel provides more attack and ripping tones. The two channels each have a separate equalizer, with an editable mid boost for the Overdrive channel.

Reliable and versatile

Basically, tube amplifiers are more fragile than transistor amplifiers but don't worry, the tubes that were used for the Bassman are of solid quality and (on top of that) guarded by the Fender Automatic Bias system. LEDs on the back show the state of the four amplifier tubes. The Bassman also has a switch to reduce output power. You can choose between 100, 25 Watts and Silent Record. Silent Record is perfect for studio recording since the signal is drained via a power soak just after amplification. The Bassman 100T sounds like a just like a great tube amp is supposed to, in any situation.
