With the Korg Pa4X Oriental 76 arranger workstation your music can have the vibe of one of the 1195649614 One Thousand and One Nights fairy tales. While it's basically the same as the Pa4X we all know and love, it has the added benefit of a large number of oriental sounds and styles. It has a 76-key keyboard that's especially great for people who perform regularly, as it offers a wider range while still fitting on the back seat of your car. The clear 7" colour display, meanwhile, will keep you informed about all the ins and outs of this impressive machine.

The Korg Pa4X Oriental 76: Features

The number of available sounds has been drastically improved over the original Pa series, and the oriental sounds (such as all kinds of flutes) give the Pa4X fresh appeal. Of course, you can also load up your own custom sounds to the 400 MBs of RAM. Furthermore, the Pa4X Oriental also has plenty of styles, which have all been carefully programmed with matching fills and variations. Also noteworthy is the ability to import MIDI files and convert them into files, allowing you to import a MIDI version of a popular song and create something entirely new with it.

Additional options

It’s impossible to list all of the Korg Pa4X’s many features in a single paragraph, but we would like to point out a few highlights. MP3 and MIDI files can be easily played back. It’s even possible to play back two files simultaneously, in which case a crossfader determines the balance between the two. In addition to a collection of great sounds and the option to import your own samples - which basically makes this a timeless instrument - you get a number of fantastic effects. Renowned names like TC-Helicon and Waves should tell you all you need to know. Accompany your own singing, for instance, while the Pa4X creates a nice vocal harmony and enhances your intonation.
