Is it a floortom or something else after all? With the SU16-L-AB-M, Meinl delivers a surdo that somewhat resembles a floortom. A surdo originates from Brazil and is frequently used in samba music. This compact 16 x 20-inch surdo features handy legs. This allows you to integrate the instrument into your drum set-up. Add a full and deep sound to your kit or use this drum in a percussion group. The shell is composed of 6 layers of hardwood which provides a warm timbre. A universally applicable surdo for the enthusiastic percussionist.

The kettle lacquer has been given a chic dark brown finish which nicely complements the chrome details. Thanks to the 20-inch shell height, you can effortlessly integrate this surdo into various set-ups. Of course, you can adjust the playing height to your liking.
