With UAFX dual-engine technology at its core, the Universal Audio Del-Verb Ambience Companion pedal comes pre-stuffed with a heady blend of classic reverbs and delays. Over on the reverb side, you get a sixties-era valve-driven spring reverb, a studio plate reverb and a vintage digital hall reverb - all of which harness the same algorithms as the UA Golden Reverberator (the TEC Award winner for best pedal in 2022). Over on the delay side, you get a classic tape delay, an analogue bucket-brigade delay and a studio-quality digital delay. This pedal can combine an effect from each side to weave big and ambient mono sound, but to build broad and lush soundscapes, every effect flavour can also be flipped into stereo mode. And, for deep hands-free control, the speed can be adjusted via the tap-tempo switch while custom modes can be configured using the downloadable partner app.
