The Flashback 2 is one of those TC Electronic pedals that comes blessed with the brand's innovative MASH switch. This means that the amount of pressure you exert on the footswitch determines how the effect sounds. Not only that, but you can add your own sounds to this ever-flexible pedal via the free TonePrint app and there's a 40 second looper on board as well. While the Flashback 2 doesn't have a tap tempo function, you can always hook up an external footswitch to expand your options.
