In addition to a beautiful Black Night version of the GRG170DX electric guitar, you also get a 10-watt IBZ10G guitar amplifier combo. The only thing you need is a guitar cable and you're all set to go.
Ibanez GRG170DX-BKN electric guitar
The GRG170DX is an RG model electric guitar from the GIO series, a series that represents Ibanez's highest quality at the lowest price. This guitar has a versatile Ibanez Powersound HSH pickup configuration, consisting of two humbuckers and one single-coil pickup. You'll easily switch from a twangy clean to a bluesy crunch or a powerful distortion. The FAT-10 tremolo bridge is perfect for those subtle vibrato effects and the sharktooth inlays in the fretboard give this guitar an edgy look.
Ibanez IBZ10G guitar amplifier
The IBZ10G is a small, practical rehearsal amp with a power output of 10 watts, making it ideal for use at home, in the living room or bedroom, for instance. It has a 2-band EQ and a built-in distortion for the times you want to get rough. Thanks to a closed back housing and a 6.5-inch Power Jam speaker you'll get a surprisingly full sound. You have a headphones output at your disposal for late rehearsal sessions and an AUX input that allows you to play along to your favourite music via your iPod, MP3 player or smartphone.

Het geluid is super, humbuckers lekker strak en dik geluid, kan je lekker laten schreeuwen. De 5 standen switch waardoor je zelfs het single coil geluid hebt. En ja, daar speel je prachtig Jimi Hendrix mee. De fabrieksafstelling was prima. Het enige dat ik heb gedaan is de snaren vernieuwd en gerekt, de tremolo met vaseline in het schroefgat gedraaid (iets té stevig aandraaien, en dan 1 slag terugdraaien) en wat vaseline in de kam bij de snaren gedaan.
Hierdoor kregen de snaren de kans om na gebruik van de tremolo weer terug in hun oude positie te springen. Hierna ontstemde de gitaar dus niet meer na heftig gebruik van de whammy bar.
