Descrizione

The Fender Vaporizer is a striking tube guitar amplifier from the Pawn Shop Special series. Amps from these series are characterised by unconventional yet very cool designs that bring to mind items you might find at a pawnbroker's. The Fender Vaporizer was designed to take you back to the fifties and sixties, the heyday of space travel. This is an affordable tube combo that would feel right at home on the space shuttle or in an atom-bomb shelter but also in your home, rehearsal space or on stage.

Features of the Fender Vaporizer

The Vaporizer is powered by two 12AX7 preamp tubes and two EL84 power tubes that ensure 12 watts of power and very warm, dynamic tube sounds. This combo has a straightforward control panel with a single volume and tone knob, plus a vintage-sounding spring reverb that works independently from the volume control. The accessory foot switch lets you activate the special Vaporizer mode that bypasses the volume and tone controls, leaving nothing in the way for a powerful, tube-driven distortion that is truly obliterating.
