It's a high-quality instrument based on the '62 Telecaster, but this one has a maple fretboard to ensure that fans of that famous Telecaster spank are also catered to. What's more, this Japanese version of the legendary Tele features classy black body bindings.

Fender Japan SE '62 Telecaster Bound MN: vintage with a modern touch

Thanks to its alder body and bolted-on maple neck, this guitar has a well-balanced core sound with a nice clear bite. The traditional Telecaster twang is amplified by means of two single-coil pickups. These Vintage-Style Tele single-coils give you that warm classic Telecaster sound, while the maple neck adds some punch. Furthermore, the instrument has 21 vintage-style frets and a 7.25" fretboard radius, allowing for that familiar feeling of playing a real classic Fender, with a touch of modern comfort.
