The Fender FSR Telecaster Custom is a tasteful, very rare Telecaster. This instrument sets itself apart from 'standard' series models in various ways. For instance, it has a rustic Walnut finish that is truly a sight to behold and that gives it a classy appearance combined with the maple fretboard. We have only two of these Factory Special Run Telecasters available, so genuine Telecaster fans would be wise to order theirs as quickly as possible.

FSR Telecaster Custom

This FSR Custom Tele is technically different from the 'standard' Telecaster in a couple of ways. For one, it has a Wide Range humbucker neck pickup that was vintage-voiced and offers the rich, clean single-coil sound combined with the warmth and output of a humbucker. The humbucker provides this distinctive-looking Telecaster with a wide range of sounds. In the bridge position, we find the familiar Tele single coil. Via the 3-position pickup switch, you can choose to use the pickups combined or independently. Both pickups have their own volume and tone control, for an optimal fine tuning of the guitar's sound.

Materials

The FSR Telecaster Custom Walnut has an alder body and a C-profile maple neck. The neck is bolted onto the body with a three-point neck plate (with Micro-Tilt), for that '70s vibe. The vintage-style strings-through-body bridge and the machine heads on this guitar are made by Fender itself. And you of course know that you can rely on the high-quality finish from the American guitar builders. An exceptional Telecaster with immense tonal possibilities and a unique finish.
