Descrizione

The DigiMax D8 is an eight-channel preamplifier that features the acclaimed class-A Xmax preamps with 24-bit ADAT outputs. All eight preamps have a variable trim function, a 48V phantom power supply, ultra-fast LED VU meters and a 20 dB pad.

As two of the DigiMax D8's eight inputs are located on the front, you still have two direct microphone and instrument inputs at your disposal if you mount the preamplifier in a rack. On the back of the preamp you'll find the balanced outputs. To ensure extremely low jitter and tight synchronisation, the DigiMax D8 also has a word clock sync input.

With the DigiMax D8, Presonus has issued a perfect solution for any digital recording studio, which communicates with your digital sound card, DAW or mixer by means of ADAT.

Ha scritto quanto segue su Presonus DigiMax D8 preamplificatore a 8 canali

Het is een mooie heldere pre amp van presonus ik gebuik het in combinatie met een motu 828 en het werkt zonder problemen en het heeft een heel mooie prijs kwalitijd verhouding.

een nadeel is wel dat de aan uit schakelaar achterop zit.

Uitstekende voorversterker in deze prijsklasse!!
Ik heb de Presonus D8 inmiddels 3 maanden in mijn bezit en gebruik hem in combinatie met de Alesis Master Control (verbonden via ADAT) om opnamen te maken te maken van bands en artiesten op locatie.
Ik ben erg tevreden over de geluidskwaliteit (helder en transparant) en het bedieningsgemak (kind kan de was doen). De volumes laten zich gemakkelijk afregelen middels de potmeters aan de voorzijde en het led-display geeft in één oogopslag informatie over de onderlinge verhoudingen en de pieken.
Wat ook erg handig is, zijn de twee instrumentingangen aan de voorzijde.
Een echt minpuntje ben ik tot nu toe nog niet tegengekomen, misschien had een hogere interne samplefrequentie nog iets kunnen toevoegen aan de kwaliteit (als zijn de resultaten met 48kHz al erg goed te noemen!)
