Boss ME-90B Effetto multiplo per i bassi

Loving the ME-90B. Still working on finding 'my' sound on it but discovered Ampeg do their own IRs so have an SVT DI-out on the output and with the Concert SVT preamp or the flip-top it sounds awesome. But also sounds good with an 8x10 IR as well. Also loving the Fat Tube 'Orange' amp. Used mostly for Church band work, I've started dropping a bit of Drive to fatten out the sound which they love, the FoH sound guys love the clean DI and the tone through the PA, going to try running an EH Mono Synth through the send/return and see how that works. Using it on the FX Return on my RM500 amp it sounds great with the SVT DI IR. I like that I can have 2 compressors with different settings, one with really long sustain. Love the Freeze on the pedal, used when we have no keys and need a drone sound. Shimmer is nice, but not quite 'there' for me. Still loads of experimenting to do and incorporate my other pedals. OC-5 imho is better than the ME90B octaves, but the detunen and pich shift are useful. All in all I'm a very happy bunny. :D

Boss ME-90B Effetto multiplo per i bassi

This pedal is fantastic. It does everything from acting as a clean DI box, with adjustable gain and EQ, up to sounding like you have a synth playing along with you - AND looping. I've only used the preset sounds so far. Out of 36 I've found 6 which are so good I can't imagine being able to come up with anything better - so not yet into editing sounds and saving them. I was initially very attracted by the no-menu knob and footswitch based editing interface but I may never need it! Inspirational sounds, reinvigorated my relationship with Bass!!

Boss ME-90B Effetto multiplo per i bassi

Blimey, the BOSS ME-90B is good! I bought one from Bax a month ago and have been really blown away by the pedal. It is super-easy to dial in a tone that works and save it to one of the user preset slots. Ok, there’s no screen, so you have to remember which preset, but to be honest, I’m a bassist, I don’t use a different one for each song, so it’s not that much of a hardship!

I particularly like the fact that you can create just the right tone by twiddling knobs, rather than having to menu-dive. It’s easy and intuitive to use and the results are great!

For the money, the ME-90B is well worth it. I actually wish I’d bought one sooner!

Boss ME-90B Effetto multiplo per i bassi

I wanted to update my 27 year old Zoom 3000B Bass Multi Effects and, after researching what was currently on the market, I chose the Boss ME-90B Multi-Effect unit.

I’m absolutely delighted with it and it’s brought a new lease of life to my bass sound and freshened up my playing.

I’ve bought various items of gear from Bax before and didn’t hesitate to buy from them again as they carry a good range of product at competitive prices and deliver quickly.

Geweldig toestel. Gemakkelijk te bedienen on the fly.
