Automatic mixers are advancing rapidly and rightly taking over the world of fixed music installations. Are you looking for an automatic eight-channel mixer to take care of your mixing for you? Then you're in luck with the SCM810! Thanks to its patented IntelliMix technology, it ensures an intelligent automatic mix that only involves the used mics, to prevent poor sound quality from open microphone channels.

The SCM810 was specifically designed for fixed installation, which is why the mixer features tone control per channel, a 48V phantom power supply per channel, active balanced inputs and outputs, an RF interference-free housing and circuit, and a total capacity of eight microphones. By linking multiple SCM810 and SCM410 mixers, this capacity can be extended to no less than 400 microphones!

Automatic mixers are the ultimate troubleshooters, which allow engineers to solve all kinds of problems. Take insufficient gain-before-feedback, for instance, or a bad vocal or speech signal. Shure's unique IntelliMix technology automatically switches microphones on or off when the signal is either sufficient or insufficient, giving it a positive boost.
