Where to begin? This ProDX4 mini digital mixer is a great example of Mackie innovation. It has only two mic/line channels and a stereo channel. That may not seem like much, but it's actually an ideal amount for a solo artist who wants the advantages of digital mixing without having to lug around a cumbersome mixing console.

Live applications

The ProDX4 is ideal for smaller open-mic type venues. A sound engineer can provide the performer with a customised, tight monitor mix while adjusting the Master EQ to ensure a good PA sound in the room. Artists themselves can also use the ProDX4 on stage to adjust their own sound without the need for a sound guy.
