Shure SM7dB Broadcast Microphone with IVA08 XLR Pro Stand

Whilst it's quite an investment, it really is worth it.
This mic makes my vocals sound so good.
I have no regrets at all in buying this SM7 and especially this dB version with the built in preamp.
Fantastically easy to use and a very useable level of gain meaning it pairs very nicely with my Audient iD24 interface.

I did not really look at any other mics in this price range due to all the good reports I had read about this one.

Wij hebben er 4 inclusief toebehoren gekocht, kregen ze supersnel binnen, mega goede mic's, gebruiken die voor single audio opnamen en ook in onze podcast setup.

I’ve been using a Sure MV7+ for podcasting which is a great mic, but the SM7dB is definitely a step up. It is more refined in the highs and lows and just adds that level of finesse to voice recordings that I was looking for. The built in preamp was an added bonus and I couldn’t be happier with the mic, build quality and ease of use. Highly recommended if you want to take your recordings to the next level. Zeer mooi en statief. Had zelf goedkope maar die trekken zo snel krom bij schroefdraad . Wat nog mooier is dat je deze met bijgeleverde mount ook op je bureau kan . Is zeer robuust en sterk . Makkelijk te verplaatsen naar je mond en ingebouwde stekker is ook zeer mooi . Zou deze zeker aanbevelen

I have three ordinary SM7B's and they all have preamps of one type or another, so when I needed one more, I thought I'd try this new version. As far as I can see and hear, it's the same familiar sound, so just very convenient to have it as one unit - to save the faffing with a cloudlifter. I'm very happy, and as the preamp is switchable - makes setup very easy!

Al jaren gebruik ik de RODE NTK microfoon. Ik hou van het geluid, maar ik miste afwisseling in de sound. Zo wilde ik graag een wat donkerder/warmer geluid creëren. Hierdoor ging ik op zoek naar een microfoon die hierbij aansluit en kwam ik in eerste instantie uit op de Shure SM7B. Echter, ik kwam erachter dat je er een cloudlifter bij moet kopen om er een degelijk volume uit te halen (prijzig ding ook, dus dat geld haal je eruit als je de SM7db neemt), dus die optie viel af. Toen zag ik dat er een opvolger was: de Shure SM7db waarbij er een ingebouwde pre-amp is. Helemaal top! Dit in combinatie met 48V (die bijv in de Audient id4 zit), is het volume helemaal priem! De reden dat ik het nu 4 sterren geef in plaats van 5, is omdat ik de microfoon nog niet veelvuldig heb kunnen gebruiken (ik heb de microfoon nu een week) en omdat de pop filter van de microfoon een deuk had, direct uit de doos. In de loop van de week is deze wel langzaam minder geworden, maar nog steeds aanwezig.
