ART D7 microfono per voce e strumenti
Descrizione
The ART D7 vocal/instrument microphone is a welcome addition to any microphone collection. It's a large-diaphragm dynamic mic with a hypercardioid pickup pattern, which makes it very sensitive to audio coming from directly in front of it and virtually ignores any sound coming from the sides or back. This is why the D7 is ideal for use on stage, partially thanks to its high maximum SPL of 136 dB. The ART D7 is also great for instruments or loud guitar amps, and comes with a shock mount to prevent any unwanted stand-transmitted vibrations.
Applications of the ART D7
As mentioned before, this microphone is suitable for capturing both vocals and instruments, and for recording in the studio or amplifying on stage. The proximity effect of this mic that enhances lower frequencies can be used to the advantage of the vocalist, which is why this microphone is often used in radio studios. It gives a substantial amount of body to the human voice that presenters and (rock) singers can surely appreciate! The high-pass filter ensures any frequency below 100Hz is cut off completely, which means any handling sounds or low-frequency noise doesn't stand a chance. The mid-boost switch enhances brightness and presence when used for vocals, and strong attack and clarity when used to amplify a bass guitar amplifier or bass drum.
Solid microphone
The ART D7 is a solid piece of equipment that's made of steel and equipped with a stainless-steel wind shield. It's reliable, flexible, and built to last. The included shock mount ensures any stand-transmitted vibrations are not captured, and when it's time to store the D7 for transport, the included aluminium flight case sure comes in handy.
