L'ESI M4U eX è un'interfaccia MIDI compatta ma potente, dotata di otto porte MIDI che possono essere utilizzate come ingressi o uscite in varie configurazioni. Essendo liberi di decidere la configurazione, l'M4U eX è incredibilmente flessibile e, inoltre, l'instradamento avviene automaticamente e si basa sugli ingressi/uscite che avete assegnato e collegato ad altre porte MIDI. Nel frattempo, gli indicatori LED sul pannello frontale dell'interfaccia indicano esattamente quali porte sono attive. Oltre a essere un'interfaccia MIDI, l'M4U eX funge da hub USB 3.0 per i dongle iLok e le tastiere USB/MIDI, trasformandosi in pratica in una console di comando centrale per lo studio. Grazie a una latenza particolarmente bassa, questo strumento costruito da ESI può essere configurato anche come unità indipendente, senza bisogno di un computer.

Gekocht ter vervanging van een oude Midiman MIDI interface. Ideaal om legacy MIDI aansluitingen met DIN kabels te integreren in een USB set-up. Er hangen bij mij een aantal synthesizers via de DIN poorten en de USB-poorten aan. Set-up is relatief eenvoudig in Cubase (MacOS), wel niet geheel foutloos. Er is geen aparte driver nodig.

Apparaat is geweldig, zeker een aanrader.
Jammer dat jullie levering nooit is aangekomen, maar gelukkig toch nog eentje kunnen scoren bij de concolega

Prima apparaat. Zonder drivers. Heb Window 11 en programmeer met Cubase.
Was even uitzoeken met het toekennen van in en out in. Moest drie keyboards verbinden en schakelen met één als hoofdkeyboard. Werkt nu perfect.
Er zijn ook goedkopere merken. Niet doen! zijn waardeloos.
Bij Bax zit je goed.

Simpel apparaat, geen drivers installeren maar de USB insteken en werken!
8 midi poorten welke als midi uit, als in kunnen worden gebruikt. Het is maar net waar de behoefte ligt.
Hij wordt gebruikt in Windows10, 64 bit met FL Studio 21 in een hybride opstelling met hardware als software synths.
Ik had deze jaren terug al moeten hebben, een verademing!
En in Goes op voorraad, dus super snel geleverd.

Goed product, zonder drivers direct te gebruiken. Ik maak gebruik van WIndows 11 en Cubase, de ESI M4U eX is direct te gebruiken binnen Cubase.
