The great-sounding wireless headset system is easy to set up and can be used nearly instantly. This makes it ideal for occasions where there isn't a sound engineer to help you out.
WMS420 Headworn Set: the system
The AKG WMS420 Headworn Set consists of the following components: a SR420 receiver, a PT420 beltpack and a C555 L condenser headset microphone. The transmitter and receiver communicate with one another via frequency band D that leads from 863 to 865 MHz. This band can be used without a license throughout the whole of Europe.
C555L headset microphone
In the packaging of the AKG WMS420 Headworn Set, you will find the AKG C555L headset microphone. This condenser headset microphone requires phantom power to function. This is delivered by the PT420 bodypack. The microphone picks up your voice very accurately and has a wide frequency range of 80 to 20,000 Hz. The headset is very comfortable to wear and is fastened behind your both ears via two hooks.
