Mackie's Thump12BST is a full-range 12-inch active speaker with Bluetooth functionality that allows you to control, stream and link speakers using a smartphone or tablet up to a distance of 100 metres! It has a total power output of 1300 watts delivered through a 12-inch high-output woofer and a 1.4-inch titanium dome compression driver. The size of the woofer in combination with the high output makes the Thump12BST perfect for use as a top speaker in medium to large venues together with a subwoofer like the Thump18S.

Wireless, powerful and versatile

What makes Mackie's new Bluetooth functionality so groundbreaking is the ability to connect Thump speakers together wirelessly. You can then use the Thump Connect control app to operate all the connected speakers using your iOS or Android device. As well as adjusting levels and DSP settings, you'll be able to choose between stereo or dual zone linking modes too. It's possible to save 3 different presets allowing you to change the settings of an entire system simply by touching the screen on your smartphone or tablet! The Thump12BST has a built-in 3-channel digital mixer with 2 preamplifiers featuring Wide-Z connectors and a full-colour display.

I havent received my product and they even know where it's.
NO one has nay information about it, they dont let you speak with a manager, very rude custonmer service, no reply to emails, i have not received my product and they dont want to refund me my money untill they know where the product is.
Absolutely ridiculous never bying from them again!!!

Je suis tres decu du rendu de ces enceintes en caisse plastique leger.
Ca sonne le creux et le son est fade.
Le bluetooth se coupe sans arret et ralenti mon telephone, jusqu'a le bloquer.
Il faut en plus rajouter un caisson de basses.
Leurs coins en plastocs ajourés pour les poser couchées font vraiment gadgets.
Ce n'est vraiment pas du matos de pro.
Il ne faut pas se laisser tenter par ce marketing qui m'a berné.
Autant aller sur du matériel plus qualitatif, un peu plus cher, mais plus efficace.

Speakers:
Het geluid wat uit deze speakers komt is goed , zijn licht qua gewicht . Ik had er twee besteld bij Bax een op voorraad en een op nalevering. De eerst geleverde speaker uitgeprobeerd en daar zat helaas een lichte pruttelende brom in als de speaker onbelast aan staat met de master digitale fader open. Ik heb de tweede speaker afgewacht en deze had het zelfde euvel. als je continue muziek draait dan zal dit geen probleem hoeven zijn, maar ik irriteerde mij er aan en heb daarom de speakers geretourneerd naar Bax.
Levering:
De eerste levering van de op voorraad zijnde speaker ging goed, echter had ik bij de eerste levering niet de tegelijk bestelde Inox standaard geleverd gekregen. Deze werden via een andere vervoerder alsnog dezelfde dag geleverd.
De tweede ( Na) levering ging wat minder soepel. Nadat ik de eerste speaker had ontvangen stond het artikel op de website nu op verwachte levertijd van 9 weken ipv 7 werkdagen. De tweede speaker werd uiteindelijk wel op tijd bezorgd maar zonder aankondiging vanuit de vervoerder.
Bax klantenservice:
Het contact met de klantenservice over (na) levering , klachten en vragen over product verliepen uitermate moeizaam. Telefonisch bijna niet bereikbaar wachttijden van 30 minuten zijn niet normaal. Op mail wordt pas na een aantal dagen gereageerd of niet. Het snelst ging het nog om via whatsapp aandacht te vragen.

Retouren:
Ondanks slechte communicatie goed afgehandeld (zonder bericht geld terug gestort)
