The awesomely bizarre Z.Vex Machine is truly one of a kind. Compared to standard distortion pedals, the distortion effect isn't applied to signal peaks and drops but to the centre of the soundwave, allowing the Machine to add a completely new dimension to any fuzz and distortion pedals placed further up your effects chain. The result? Freakish and powerful distortion with full mix presence. Not suitable for chords!

The Remarkable and Esteemed Z.Vex

Zachary Vex, founder of Z.Vex Effects, is an often-heard name in the world of innovative guitar effects. All of the brand's pedals are hand-made (by elves, according to Z.Vex), usually hand-painted and come in strictly limited numbers. As such, it's little wonder that the pedalboards of many famous guitarists are strapped with these pedals. To reach a larger crowd of slightly less professional players, Z.Vex have introduced the screen-printed Vexter Series, which offer the same vast potential and high audio quality.
