How does the Electro Harmonix Bass Blogger work?

The level of distortion or fuzz is determined by the Drive knob. The Tone knob has a filter function, enabling you to mix more highs or lows into the signal. The Volume knob controls the output, and with the Fuzz/Drive switch you can opt for either a fuzzy edge or for overdrive/distortion.

More subtle

The Bass Blogger is the more understated little brother of the Big Muff Pi, and produces a sound that's more fuzzy than distorted. If you play stoner rock, or if you want your bass to sound more prominent in the mix than the guitar, the Blogger is a great asset. Subtle, but still clearly present, it's a great all-round pedal for rockers.
