Descrizione

Sviluppate in collaborazione con V-MODA, le cuffie per batteria Roland VMH-D1 sono state progettate da zero per dare piena vita al suono di una batteria Roland V-Drums. Queste cuffie sono state calibrate con precisione chirurgica per far emergere ogni sfumatura, tirando fuori il meglio dal Prismatic Sound Modeling, dal PureAcoustic Ambience e da altre tecnologie avanzate di produzione del suono di cui sono dotati i modelli V-Drums - e questo livello di dettaglio fa la differenza. Il suono è riprodotto da una coppia di driver da 50 mm realizzati su misura, che supportano i bassi stretti e incisivi richiesti per dare forma a kick croccanti, i medi pieni richiesti per sputare rullanti serrati e gli alti duttili richiesti per dare voce ai piatti cantanti. Anche l'effetto ambiente virtuale è immediatamente tangibile attraverso queste cuffie e, poiché si tratta di una collaborazione V-MODA, sono dotate di tutti i segni distintivi, dagli scudi metallici montati sui padiglioni auricolari alla sensazione di morbidezza e ultra-comodità dell'archetto e dell'imbottitura auricolare resistenti all'umidità.

I’ve been using these with a TD27KV2 and they are lovely. I was playing through a PA system, but these give the advantage of being able to keep the noise down while also offering decent isolation from the sound of the sticks hitting the pads. I don’t think I’d appreciated how much the sound of the sticks hitting the pads was detracting from my playing experience, especially at lower volumes through the PA. These headphones are very comfortable, the cable guide works well to keep the cable out of the way and the sound quality is excellent. The hander you get clip to the drum stand is also a nice touch and works well. Should have bought them sooner.

Hele fijne koptelefoon met een goed draagcomfort. Het geluid is dik in orde, beter dan een standaard koptelefoon in combinatie met de V-drums.
Ook de lange kabels, verloopstekker, ophangsteun voor de koptelefoon enz zijn fijn om erbij te gebruiken.
Al met al erg tevreden.

Artikel prima, echter heb ik deze gekocht om te gebruiken in combinatie met mijn Roland RH200S. (meeluisteren) De dynamiek is echter geheel anders, De VMH-D1 V heeft aanzienlijk meer bas en minder hoog t.o.v. mijn RH 200S. Ik gebruik deze spullen op een (uitgebreide) Roland VAD 507. ook het volume verschilt, de 200 komt heeft meer volume dan de VMH op dezelfde volume stand van de ook hier aangeschafte TIE 4 channel Headphone amp (prima ding trouwens) hetgeen gewoon iets kan worden terug gedraaid. Conclusie; de VMH geeft je het gevoel dat je over een goed afgestelde zaal P.A. speelt.

BOOOOM! Ik heb reviews van mensen gelezen die niet tevreden zijn over de lage geluiden en met name de bass drum (ik drum op een Roland TD27KV). Over smaak valt niet te twisten, dat is persoonlijk. Dus persoonlijk vind ik het geluid ontzettend goed en met een prima bereik in frequentie. Nu moet ik er wel bij vertellen dat ik met name drum op (old school) Hip Hop en Funk muziek, dus een doordringbare bass vind ik dan ook belangrijk.

Verder vind je in de verpakking een bevestig voor aan de achterkant van de koptelefoon ("kabel restraint"), waarmee je de snoer achter je rug hebt tijdens het drummen. Het zit dus niet (minder) in de weg.

Ook vind ik de koptelefoon-houder in de vorm van een klem erg handig en kun je kiezen uit 2 snoer-lengtes met een jack 6.3mm adapter.

De bijgeleverde hoes is prima, maar zal ik in de praktijk niet tot nauwelijks nodig hebben.

Mijn conclusie: ik drum nu bijna 4 jaar digitaal – met een Roland RH koptelefoon die ik met een Roland TD17KV als pakket had gekocht – en ik had deze Roland VMH-D1 4 jaar eerder willen hebben. : )
