The Keith McMillen BopPad USB pad controller is a product many musicians would love to add to their current setup. Basically, it's a device with four sensitive pads that send out MIDI data via USB. By sensitive, we mean all you need to do to trigger them is tap them with your fingers, which is handy for musicians who don't play with drumsticks.
