Don't let the compact format fool you; the Gallien-Krueger MB150S-112 III MicroBass has a 12-inch woofer that delivers 100 watts of well-defined, fat bass sound. If you need even more power than that, though, you can always add an optional cabinet for a total of 150 watts. Thanks to the 4-band equalizer you can fine-tune the sound just the way you want it. The MB150S-112 III also has an adjustable contour and hi-boost, plus a low-cut option so that you can create your ultimate tone. How's that for versatility?

Gallien-Krueger MB150S-112 III: practical features

Conditions are always different depending on where you play, so as a bassist you need equipment that is flexible. With the Gallien-Krueger MB150S-112 III you're in control of any situation. This combo has an FX loop so that you can use your favourite bass effects and a D.I. output with ground lift for connecting directly to a mixer or P.A. system. A line output also allows you to use an external power amp or direct box. For silent practice sessions the MB150S-112 III MicroBass has a headphone jack.

Compact and solid construction

It's not just the sound produced by Gallien-Krueger bass amps that is of exceptional quality, the housing construction is too. The MB150S-112 III has a strong chassis made of welded aluminium that is tough enough to withstand the roughest handling when on tour. Gallien-Krueger MB150S-112 III 100 W 12'' combo per basso

Absoluut de beste basversterker voor de reizende contrabassist. Ik had z'n voorganger al 30 jaar. Nu deze gekocht. Wat een verschil! Supermooie klank. Een echte verbetering ten opzichte van de vorige. Mag ook wel na 30 jaar. Hopelijk gaat deze weer dertig jaar mee, want ik zie dat Bax 'm niet meer inkoopt. Helaas. En gemis voor andere bassisten. De scherpte en diepte zijn ongeëvenaard. De equalizer geeft je uitstekende controle over elk gewenste sound. De hi-boost en contour, vooral de contour, een GK specialty, is fabeltastisch. Tesamen met de 112MB speel je ghele concertzalen plat. Werkelijk de beste koop ever!
