This electro-acoustic guitar offers Washburn-grade build quality for a more than reasonable amount of your hard-earned cash. The stylish mini-jumbo shape of the Festival EA12B has been finished with a deep and graceful cutaway, so you're getting a manageable instrument with snug playing comfort alongside big, wide jumbo-sound. The resonance chamber of the EA12B has been made from basswood before being fitted with a mahogany neck. This wood combination, together with the lightweight, quartersawn scalloped sitka spruce bracing that supports the soundboard, produces an overtone-rich sound that's packed with dynamics and warmth. When amplified, the fitted Barcus-Berry EQ4T preamp reliably translates the acoustic sound and can be tweaked using the included tone controls for ultimate on-stage flexibility.
