VOX breaks all tradition with this innovative electric guitar. The VSS-1 features an ergonomically-designed, lightweight, 3D-contoured frame and a red body made of mango wood, which - in combination with real magnetic pickups - ensures more punch than a wood like mahogany while still maintaining a warm, rich tone. This guitar is equipped with Virtual Element Technology which simulates all kinds of other instruments. It took 4 years to perfect, but with this guitar, VOX offers your more possibilities than you could possibly imagine.

Starstream Type 1: versatile modelling technology

This guitar's software, two humbuckers and piezo pickup are what gives it a palette of virtually limitless sounds. You can start with a choice of electric guitars, then explore the acoustic instrument sounds which include a 12-string steel-string, a banjo, a sitar or a resonator. Then, you can take things to outer-space with the Starstream's range of synthesizer sounds. Naturally, each sound is fully adjustable according to your own personal taste and you can save your settings for future use. The VOX Starstream Type 1 is the solution for the versatile musician. It's a high-quality guitar that offers you a wide range of possibilities. Besides instrument modelling, you also have an assortment of effects to play around with, including drive and reverb. With a total of 27 sounds spread out over 9 banks, plus six user programs for your own creations, you'll have lots to work with and will be able to find the sounds you prefer with ease. Practising in silence is no problem thanks to the handy headphone connector and to top it all off, the VSS-1 even comes in a robust gig bag.
