Squier Affinity Jazzmaster HH Black Black RW chitarra elettrica

Utter bargain this guitar. I strongly recommend you buy at least one of these before Fender/Squier pull the plug on it.

I bought it for the woods it uses for neck and body.

It's outshined all my previous guitars (over thirty years!) including Fender mexicans, vintage Epiphones, etc.

I am going to get a pro-setup including fret work, but it doesn't need it out-of-the box unless you fall in love with it and want to use it all the time, like I have and do.

I plug it into a Fender Blues Junior, expecting to need to make some pickup and other mods, but to be honest I'm not even going to bother with that. The pickups and guitar through that amp sound like a million dollars.

Also it's probably one of the best guitars for modding if you feel like it.

I'm getting another one at Christmas. Best find I've ever made guitar-wise.

Toffe gitaar voor weinig geld! De hals speelt erg fijn, hij lijkt zo goed als ongelakt. Goeie brug, per snaar af te stellen en string through body of gewoon door de brug. De tuners lijken ook van goede kwaliteit. 2 humbuckers met 3-way switch, een volume en een tone, wat wil je nog meer?!

I bought this so I could fit a set of Gold foil pickups in and put a set of D'addario NYXL fat strings to have a faux baritone. I'm astonished with the quality. The fit and finish is perfect, not a paint blemish or rough fret end in sight, lovely unfinished neck (maybe could do with a stain). It hasn't been set up at Bax, so the set up is from the Chinese factory and it's spot on. All strings slackened half a turn for shipping, intonation is great. And it's light, unusual for a cheaper Jag/Jazz shape.

So I wasn't worried about the pickups, as I'll be yanking them out. Shame really, these are fantastic. Hotter than I normally play but not at all offensive, detailed and fat.

When I started learning 30 odd years ago, a guitar like this would have made me play more. For the money you can't pass it up.

Super fijne gitaar voor een goede prijs. De gitaar is erg gebruiksvriendelijk en heeft een mooie vorm, waardoor het fijn is om vast te houden en op je schoot te houden. Daarnaast zitten er niet geen overbodige knoppen op de gitaar, waardoor deze ideaal is voor beginners of voor mensen die niet houden van te veel toeters en bellen zoals ik. Kortom, een top gitaar!!
