The first Telecaster released under the Squier name was introduced exactly 40 years ago, and to celebrate, Squier festively present the 40th Anniversary Series Vintage Edition Telecaster. Decked out with aged hardware including an anodised aluminium scratch-plate, as well as a satin-gloss paint-job and the warm, vintage vibes of a maple neck, this retro-styled Tele offers fresh-faced beginners a supreme starting point.

Loaded with Alnico 5 magnets, the two Fender Designed Alnico Single-Coil pickups mounted on the body sound as familiar as they look and effortlessly whip up that warm, authentic Telecaster-twang - with the lightly-scooped mids and full harmonics expected of an upper-class model like this Vintage Edition.
