Instead of a bolt-on neck, this deluxe version has a neck-through-body construction. This means that the neck runs through the entire length of the body and, just like the heavy strings-through-body bridge on the USA Select models, ensures a noticeable increased sustain and a more direct sound. The natural-coloured top made of flamed maple makes this a striking, appealing instrument.
