Jackson guitars are real shredding guitars, making them highly popular for rough music genres such as metal and hard rock. This Jackson Guitars KEXMG Kelly Tobacco Burst is such a genuine shredding guitar and has a maple top. The reason? Because it looks amazing! The Jackson's looks are nothing short of excellent. From its sharp design to the shark fin inlays, it's all turned into one rough-looking instrument. Just like its sharp design, the price of Jackson’s X Series is also rather sharp. In return, you get an excellent guitar, one that you want others to see and hear.
The sound of the Jackson Guitars KEXMG Kelly Tobacco Burst
As stated before, the body is made of maple. It's a thin layer (veneer), though, purely because maple provides a strikingly 3D look. The body itself is made of basswood which is responsible for clearly defined bass and mid tones, a popular choice for leads that cut through the mix. The neck is completely made of maple so you can look forward to a long sustain and very bright sound characteristics. Like with many guitars, the fretboard of this one is made of rosewood. This produces a rich, warm sound and is comfortable to play thanks to the natural, oily characteristics of this wood type.
Tremolo and pickups
When you play the lead with this Jackson you can play as intensely as you want and you have all the possibilities to vary your sound. Thanks to the Floyd Rose Special tremolo bridge you can make the wildest string bends, ideal for intense vibratos and shrieking pitch bends. Due to a special clamp in the string nut, this guitar remains in tune for weeks, months even. So you don't have to be afraid that your guitar suddenly becomes out of tune during your gig. Nevertheless, you can still easily adjust your strings with small machine heads. You can switch the EMG humbuckers, at the bridge and at the neck, in bridge, bridge-neck or neck configuration so you can adjust your sound for perfect power chords and leads.

Jackson KEXMG Kelly Tobacco Burst chitarra elettrica

Une guitare Jackson c'est l'assurance d'un produit sans défaut de fabrication. La couleur est splendide, le vernis parfait. Première guitare à micro actif que j'achète, je suis bluffé par la puissance de la paire EMG qui mérite tous les commentaires élogieux qui en sont faits. Le son est précis, énorme, sans souffle, bien à l'aise sur tous les registre et extraordinaire sur du lourd. Contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire ces micros sont polyvalents.
Le seul point négatif qui plombe la note d'une étoile est l'ergonomie du corps, certe splendide mais qui a tendance à glisser méchamment sur la cuisse rendant compliqué de trouver une position asssise confortable. Le manche reste cependant agréable mais pas au niveau d'une Ibanez.
Cependant à ce prix, il est difficile de trouver une guitare équipée en Emg ce qui rends la Jackson Kelly imbattable.
Livrée comme d'habitude en temps record avec en cadeau un petit kit d'entretien très sympa, merci bax shop.
