Descrizione
I modelli Electromatic Jet Club di Gretsch Guitars risaltano per la loro semplicità. Sono dotati di corpo chambered in legno di tiglio e di tavola arcuata in acero. Anche il manico bolt-on è in acero e monta una tastiera in palissandro. La G5421 Jet Club Firebird Red è dotata di un top color rosso acceso e di fasce e fondo decapate e nere. Oltre al look vintage anche il suono è il tipico Gretsch vintage.

La Gretsch Electromatic G5421 Jet Club Firebird Red ha un corpo chambered, ossia con delle cavità interne. Questa caratteristica, combinata con i pickup Gretsch Dual-Coil Humbucking, garantisce un suono vintage aperto e trasparente. La tastiera è decorata con segnatasti laterali intarsiati in madreperla.

I never thought I'd ever own a Gretsch. This is a great guitar and well worth the money. The pickups are quite bright sounding for humbuckers giving you a lovely twang with a nice amount of cut and edge. The chambered body gives you a woody warm tone when played clean and a surprisingly raucous sound when overdriven. The build quality is superb too and the finish is flawless. There's not a single thing about this guitar that has disappointed me and I would highly recommend it to anyone who fancies something a bit different from the usual.

A Gretsch for the price of an entry level guitar! The fit and finish is really good, it looks fantastic. It was set up straight out of the box, action and intonation fine. It plays really nicely and the pickups are the real surprise here, bright but quite powerful giving the guitar plenty of that Gretsch sound.

Ik heb gitaren in verschillende prijsklassen. Deze strakke, sobere en rode Gretsch vond ik leuk om "er bij te hebben" en hij bleek beduidend meer te zijn! Is voor mij als amateur echt een fijne gitaar. Perfect afwerking, Robuust. Tikje te zwaar:-) Het is natuurlijk geen Brian Setzer of White Falcon maar hij speelt top! Intussen uitgeprobeerd met Fender-, Marshall-, Vox- en Roland-versterker. Stuk voor stuk "Great Sound", zeker ook clean! Op PA aangesloten op Super Hi-Z-kanaal. Power zat maar wel veel laag, vind ik. En 'mijn geluid' en dat van Gretsch zoek ik daar nog. Maar zeg nou zelf, wanneer speel je met zo'n gitaar nou direct over de PA? Kortom: zeer blij mee!

Gitaar gisteren op tijd besteld en vandaag geleverd. Helaas door trage post werd dat pas rond 19:00 uur. Jammer maar kan gebeuren. Ligt niet aan Bax-shop.nl. Gitaar was - zoals bekend van Bax-shop.nl - goed verpakt: in stevige en goed passende doos en die doos in de grote Bax-shop.nl-transportdoos opgevuld met bubbelplastic. Prima.
