This '70s Hardtail Stratocaster from Fender's Vintera Series is made in their Mexican factory in Ensenada, which means it comes at a more attractive price than a model made in the USA. Featuring a modern, stable solid-body with a bolt-on neck and a slightly oversized headstock, this ever-popular electric guitar is a safe pick for guitarists who're looking to upgrade their axe.

The Vintera 70s Stratocaster Hardtail: Custom Shop Pickups and a Fixed Bridge

As befits a Factory Special Run edition, this Vintera Strat has been appropriately loaded with three Custom Shop '69 Strat Single-Coil pickups which combine with a 5-way pickup switch, two tone pots and a single volume pot to pave the way for all famed Strat-sounds from the seventies. In addition, this FSR model has been equipped with a fixed string-through-body bridge, as well as historically accurate tuners that sport the F-Stamped logo. What's not to love?

Ha scritto quanto segue su Fender Vintera 70s Stratocaster Hardtail Firemist Gold PF Limited Edition Electric Guitar with Gig Bag

Na 2 Telecasters uit de Vintera reeks nu ook deze Strat geprobeerd.
Deze heeft 4 dingen die ik mis bij de meeste standaard Strats; grote 70s headstock, pickups die niet klinken als een blikje tonijn, 7.25 radius met vintage frets, en een hardtail.
Dit ding speelt en klinkt voortreffelijk, ziet er ook nog eens leuk uit in dat Firemist gold.
In vergelijking met de andere Vinteras die ik al bespeeld heb, lijken sommige delen van de hardware iets 'cheaper' en minder goed afgewerkt. (Lijken meer thuis te horen op een Classic Vibe)
Maar ondanks die paar kleine opmerkingen toch een 'keeper', zoals ik al zei klinkt en speelt ze voortreffelijk !
