Descrizione

Introduced as far back as 1958, the Explorer still makes a fresh aesthetic and sonic statement. This electric solid-body from Epiphone is a devoted love-letter to the classic and comes at a surprisingly attainable price when compared to the fully-American Gibson originals. Naturally, that unmistakable body-shape is there but, for that uber-authentic feel, the neck retains a classic SlimTaper C-profile. Two mounted ProBuckers are supported by the original control layout to dial in thick, robust tone, only confirming the fact that the Explorer really is built for heavy lifting. To finish, the more modern addition of the stable LockTone bridge thankfully eases the process of re-stringing when compared to its ancestors, since it'll actually stay in place.

Ha scritto quanto segue su Epiphone Explorer Ebony elektrische gitaar

Onlangs deze killer toegevoegd aan mijn verzameling. In eerste instantie voor de fenomenale body. Wilde aanvankelijk een explorer van Harley Benton kopen. Maar met deze Explorer heb je zó veel meer, voor maar weinig meer geld! Simpelweg vanwege de kwaliteit van o.a. fretboard, kam en brug. En dan de humbuckers die heerlijk klinken! Deze gitaar genereert een echte rocksound ala AC/DC. En met een bottleneck speelt deze gitaar fantastisch! Een veelzijdige gitaar, waar je helemaal niets meer aan hoeft te doen. Met deze gitaar heb je iets goeds in handen! En voor de prijs hoef je het al helemaal niet te laten!
