Descrizione

"Help, the kick drum is starting to melt!" That's probably the first thing you thought when you laid eyes on the Vox Telstar 2020. The story behind the crazy yet iconic design of this drum kit dates back to the 1960s and the introduction of the original Trixon Speedfire. This faithful reissue has been built with the very latest technologies and under the supervision of the well-known Sakae Osaka Heritage.

The Vox Telstar 2020 Drum Kit

This kit includes almost everything to start drumming straight away. You're getting a 18" + 12" x 13" kick drum, a 13" x 7.5" hanging tom, 16" x 15.5" floor tom and a 14" x 5" snare, as well as special flat-based hardware including a hi-hat pedal, snare drum stand and bass pedal. A cymbal arm has been thrown in too and can be installed on top of the kick with a special mount, so all you need now is a set of cymbals and a drum throne. The entire kit has been finished in stunning Silver Crocodile.

Trixon Speedfire

Just like the Trixon Speedfire, you need a custom-made drum head for the kick. Fortunately, Remo have teamed up with Vox to manufacture a set of made-to-measure skins. The rest of the shells in the kit, which comes complete with white-coated Remo heads, take regular 13", 14" and 16" heads.
