The MetroExpress 21-4 Vintage J/J Bass is the beautifully affordable alternative! It even comes complete with a matching Portabag, a handy set of allen keys and S-security locks for your guitar strap. Unlike the slightly more exclusive USA-made examples, this model does have a solid okoume body which luckily has been crafted out of a specially selected slab of wood to keep the weight down.

The MetroExpress 21-4 Vintage: Play Comfortably, Backed Up By a Broad Range of Robust Sounds

The round contours of the lightweight body and the bolt-on maple neck with its trusty C-profile turn this Sadowsky solid-body into a remarkably comfortable bass. Plug the MetroExpress J/J into your amp, and you've got two J-style pickups, active 2-way electronics and a balance pot at your disposal to sculpt a wide variety of beefy sounds with rounded-off punch. To ensure dependable tuning stability, Sadowsky have finished the build with a Just-A-Nut III nut, lightweight open-gear tuners and a practical quick-string release bridge before coating the whole thing in Solid Ocean Blue Metallic.
