The sparkling sound of a banjo can liven up a song in any genre. To make it easier for guitarists to integrate it into their music, Recording King developed the Madison RK-G25. You can play this 6-string banjo just like you would a guitar - it even has the same scale length- but it has the added benefit of producing that authentic rich banjo sound.
The Madison RK-G25 banjo's rich sound
This resonator banjo is fitted with a 43mm string nut, meaning it's both wide enough to allow for comfortable picking, and narrow enough for you to comfortably play any desired chord. Wood-wise, the Recording King Madison RK-G25 is mostly made of maple, which has a nice, bright sound. Finally, it features a brown satin finish, nickel-plated hardware, and an adjustable truss rod in the neck, just a like a guitar.
