The Led Lenser M5.2 is a compact LED torch that's only 10.4 centimetres long. Even though it's small, is produces 140 lumens with a range of 120 metres, which is quite impressive for a single LED module. The Cree LED is behind a re-calibrated lens and powered by a single AA battery. Its beam can be freely adjusted thanks to the Advanced Focus System. Should you wish to illuminate certain areas or objects, you can rapidly do so thanks to the speed focus system, as it allows you to go from a narrow to a wide beam with a single movement. The Led Lenser M5.2 is the perfect torch for security purposes, small jobs around the house and for late-night walks.
Multi-function switch and Smart Light Technology
The multi-function switch allows you to browse through the Smart Light Technology options. The Led Lenser M5.2 offers three SLT light functions. There's Power, for a continuous bright light, Low Power, which engages a battery-saving dimmed light, and Defence Strobe. Defence Strobe turns your torch into a stroboscope, a tactic that's also employed by the American army to disorient opponents. Lastly, the Led Lenser M5.2 comes with a wrist band and a nylon pouch to keep the torch in.
