The VR-POH14-SH Boom Sound Djembe sheet is the largest variant of the VivaRhythm series. This is a unique series of products where careful consideration has been given to the various uses of a djembe. For instance, it can be considered awkward that a djembe can only create 1 skin and therefore only 1 "kind" of sound. With this Pop Off sheet, you can easily change the sound of your djembe without having to buy another djembe. The VivaRhythm series features heads in two different sounds: the Boom sound, which sounds hard and dark, and the soft, warm Soft sound. Using a simple system, this 14-inch sheet fits exactly onto the also 14-inch djembe from Meinl's VivaRhythm series. Moreover, it can also be used separately as a hand drum.
