TC Electronic Echobrain Analog Delay pedale effetti

Good quality for the price. Nice sound and deepness when you play alone:) Nicely build, a bit big and the jacks at the back aren't the best fit to my board.

Très pratique, compte tenu du prix, cette pédale est simple et de qualité. TC Electronic est une marque en laquelle on peut avoir confiance, la pédale est robuste. En ce qui concerne le son, mon avis est que cela doit rester une pédale d'appoint. Les réglages sont simples, ce qui pour certains peut être un avantage, mais ici ça manque de finesse et on a un délai assez "grossier". De plus je n'ai pas retrouvé le charme que j'aurais attendu du côté analogique. Bref, si votre son repose sur le delay, pensez plutôt à une Flashback,une MXR Carbon Copy ou une Boss DD.

J'en ai eu des plus chers, des biens plus chers, des très biens dans un bon multi-effet, mais celui-ci concentre tout ce que j'aime (le son BBD et son côté vivant, la facilité de réglages) sans le superflu. L'avantage? La possibilité de passer d'un son rockab' à un gros delay dub en moins de 2 secondes. Très très bonne pédale à un prix imbattable, ce qui rend encore plus heureux qu'une très bonne pédale très très chère. ;)

I thought it was an analog delay base around a pt2399 chip, but not at all! It's a REAL BBD!!



The building is really good for the cheap price, it's smd parts for most of the pcb but you've got a good Cool Audio MN3205 which is the modern production of the old BBD chip, the enclosure is build like a tank and the switch and jack sockets are good quality!

Made in China with TC Electronic quality!



The sound is exactly what you expect for a BBD, a good delay with no hum or hiss and with a pretty good delay time available (around 400msec if I'm right). The repeats deterior after 1 or 2 cycles and you have this good old tape delay sound which give you so much softness to your tone...!!



For the price you can't go wrong! I bought it as a spare and in fact it became my main delay because of the qualities I previously listed.

And finally the footprint is standard but the jacks are connected on the top of the unit and it give you more space on the pedalboard.



To be quick this pedal is a smart design with good old BBD circuit for awesome tone, well-build and cheap so even if you have other delay like me (real MN3005 BBD, Digital delay...) it's definitely a unit you have to buy, you will not loose money!

Goed klinkende analoge delay, feedback kickt wel snel in, maar voor deze prijs, klinkt ie wel erg lekker en ga je niet snel een analoge bucket brigade vinden.
