Pioneer PLX-1000: old-school, newly made
Some modern DJs think of turntables as objects from the stone age. For many others, however - both professionals and hobbyists - the magic of real vinyl combined with a powerful turntable is still beyond comparison. For them the PLX-1000 is a prayer answered, as it fills the void that was created when Technics stopped producing the SL-1200. The PLX-1000 has an exceptionally clean design. A gold-plated stereo RCA output is the only connection to your audience or studio gear. The S-shaped tone arm has been designed to reduce noise and howling to a minimum and to keep the stylus as neatly as possible in the groove. The powerful 3-phase motor is capable of getting the platter up to speed in 0.3 seconds - an essential feat for serious DJs.
Pioneer CDJ-2000 Nexus: digital with a hands-on approach
The CDJ-2000 Nexus takes the industry-standard CDJ-2000 to the next level. The Pioneer media player is equipped with a CD drive and a USB port, and features Wi-Fi support (Wireless ProDJ Link) for wireless exchange of files with a digital source. The popular Slip Mode is also present, allowing for unrestrained premixing. The CDJ-2000 Nexus is able to read MP3, AAC, WAV and AIFF files and can be seamlessly integrated with your Rekordbox collection. Thanks to the large, rugged jog wheel, the digital media player still offers a touch of that old-school turntable feel.
Pioneer DJM-900 Nexus: in the mix
The musical prowess of the two PLX-1000s and the two CDJs is harnessed by the Pioneer DJM-900 Nexus. This mixer is an excellent match for the CDJ-2000 Nexus, and thanks to its four inputs, it allows for the connection of two turntables as well. Channel 1 and 4 are suited for phono signals, and your CDJs can be connected to the two middle channels. The DJM-900 Nexus is equipped with a number of studio-grade effects - the Sound Color FX and Beat Effects provide the icing on the cake during your DJ sets. The faders and knobs of the mixer have been designed for demanding live applications and retain their rugged feel show after show. Combining two excellent turntables, two fantastic media players and a first-rate DJ mixer, this is truly a set to dream of.

Le socle du bras est dessoudé sur les deux pièces, problème avec le contre poids, sur les 3 platines,
Le moteur est un startaire, marge d'erreur au calage dépasse l'entendement après 18 mois.
Pioneer France fait la sourde oreille !
Rajoutez et aller du côte de Technics ! elles sont pas revendables, beaucoup de pièce sur l'occasion, cela veut bien dire qu'il y a un sérieux problème avec !

The torque is incredible...as a scratch DJ, this is the most important factor, and it really seems much better than the competition!
Two major plus-points that the Pioneers have one the rest are:
* The inset cable area...this allows the decks to be positioned sideways (battle mode) next to the mixer
