The Behringer Eurorack UB802 is a little bit bigger than its smaller counterpart, the UB502, and it offers quite a bit more functionality. This compact studio mixer is equipped with 3-band EQ on every channel, 6 balanced inputs, 2 mono and 2 stereo inputs. It also features high-quality microphone preamps and it can work on phantom power, making it ideal if you want to use a condenser mic that requires phantom power!

2-track input and output

You'll also find a 2-track input and output on this mixer, so you can easily make recordings in combination with a tape deck. The 2-track can be allocated to a CD player or tape deck, for instance, and you can also use this input with a Hi-Fi amplifier to listen to extra sources. Furthermore, the 2 mono channels are equipped with a convenient clip LED that lets you know as soon as an input signal is sent in with too much power. You can also make use of the gain control if you want to weaken the preamplification until the LED turns off again.
