Very disappointed with Bax Music.
I ordered this product because it was advertised on the website as **in stock** with **2-business-day delivery**. I needed it specifically for an event **this evening**, so the availability and delivery information was very important when I decided to place the order.
I paid for the order on 20 October and received the order and payment confirmations, but no dispatch confirmation and no tracking number.
Today I called Bax Music to find out what was happening, only to be told that the product is **not actually in stock** and that they expect to have it available in approximately **two weeks**.
This is extremely misleading. If the product was not available, it should not have been advertised as in stock with a 2-business-day delivery time.
I ordered based on the information Bax Music provided on their website and was relying on that information for an event. Now, at the last minute, I have been left without the equipment I needed.
Very poor experience. Customers should be able to trust the stock and delivery information shown on the website.
