Descrizione

If you want to develop a tight, dynamic and supple drumming technique, you'd better be prepared to spend some time practising. The Gretsch GREPAD12O can help you out in that department. Its 12-inch silicone playing surface enables you to play in almost absolute silence while providing an authentic stick response. A rugged wooden base with a layer of anti-slip foam keeps the orange GREPAD12O securely in place when you rest it on a smooth surface, but you can also mount the practice pad on a regular pad or cymbal stand by means of its 8-inch thread.

Prima oefenpad. Eén van de betere die ik ooit heb gehad. Heeft een vrij natuurlijke rebound en door z'n grootte ook makkelijk te bespelen. De pad heeft een wat andere (realistische) feel aan de randen, net als een echte trommel. De schroefdraad onder de pad past prima op mijn goedkope standaard (de Ahead APPS). Goede koop dus!

Deze oefenpad bevalt goed. Laag geluidsniveau en een goede rebound. Er zit een metalen insert aan de onderkant waarmee hij op een bekkenstatief geschroefd kan worden.

Wat je helaas niet van een foto af kunt leiden is hoe dit oefenplaats aanvoelt. De rubberachtige coating is van hoge kwaliteit en geen een rebound die dicht bij die van een echte snare komt. Wat ook mooi is dat de rebound aan de rand verschilt met die in het midden. Ik geloof dat ze verschillende diktes van de coating daarvoor hebben gebruikt. Ook dat komt aardig in de buurt van "het echte gevoel". De plank zelf is degelijk en past mooi in mijn snarestandaard. Zeer tevreden hiermee en zeker aan te raden voor iedereen die thuis wel op z'n snare wil rammen maar dat de buren niet aan kan doen.

Als ervaren drummer maar eens de keuze gemaakt om deze oefenpad aan te schaffen om thuis de snaredrumtechnieken verder te verfijnen.
Wat een perfecte oefenpad, inderdaad zeer geruisloos en een zeer goede stok-response en volgens mij een absolute aanrader voor zowel beginnende als ervaren drummers.
Ik zal deze oefenpad dan ook zonder enige twijfel adviseren aan menigeen die z'n techniek wil leren of verfijnen.
Echt een geweldig stukje vernuft!!!!!!!
