The MixVibes Cross DVS 2 package consists of two MixVibes timecode records and a license for the full PC/Mac version of Cross. Switching from other timecode software to Cross is exceptionally easy, as it's compatible with any sound card, including interfaces by Native Instruments and Rane. That means you won't have to buy any new hardware before you can start exploring the extensive timecode possibilities Cross has to offer. This DJ program doesn't just limit your options to timecode, however; it's compatible with over 80 MIDI controllers and offers excellent CDJ support.

Cross DVS and the use of timecode vinyl

Inside the package, you'll find two timecode records, so you can instantly put your turntables to good use. (If you don't own a sound card with inputs for two turntables yet, the MixVibes U-MIX44 is an option you might want to consider.) Your sound card transmits the timecode signal to Cross, enabling you to control the digital tracks on your computer while still enjoying the old-school feel of real vinyl. It's as if your MP3 files have been pressed into vinyl records! The iTunes integration, the elaborate playlist management functions and the option to import libraries from other DJ software will all certainly come in handy.

A stable, comprehensive system

The Cross timecode system doesn't just owe its great reputation to its incredible stability, but also to its extensive options and accessible user interface. MixVibes Cross DVS vinili Timecode e licenza Cross

Na een aantal weken goed spelen ben ik tot de conclusie gekomen dat dit programma erg onstabiel is op mijn mac. Het programma loopt om de haverklap vast. Layout is netjes , maar Mixvibes is op veel fronten onduidelijk (veel dingen zijn moeilijk te vinden). Soms springt het programma op deck A uitzichzelf naar vinyl mode terwijl B rustig op normale modus blijft staan. Ook pakt hij vaak de Mixvibes geluidskaart niet. Als je uiteindelijk het programma werkent hebt loopt het vaak vast (vaak bij het opstarten van het programma al)

Ik raad mensen dit programma af , je kunt beter kijken voor Serato of Traktor
