The ATM350U includes the cardioid microphone and the universal AT8490U UniMount clip-on system, which was designed especially for brass wind instruments. The high sound pressure level (SPL) of the microphone (159 dB) ensures a broad dynamic range that facilitates piano, brass instruments, snare drums, toms and violin. The result is a clear, well-balanced frequency response.

Flexible 5-inch gooseneck

When you invest in the ATM350U, you'll receive the UniMount AT8490U universal clip-on gooseneck as well. It's ideal for attaching the microphone securely to your instrument and positioning it to perfection. The robust gooseneck is 12.7 cm long and stays securely attached to your instrument. The cardioid pickup pattern ensures a focused sound without capturing noise from the sides and rear. Furthermore, it has an 80Hz high-pass filter on the module that filters out low frequencies when activated.
