Inspired by one of the most legendary German-made FET condenser microphones of all time, the Universal Audio Bock 187 puts a modern twist on a classic. An internal Cinemag transformer takes care of a big low-end while a fitted low-cut switch supports close-miking as well as ambient miking and a curve switch can be flipped to select one of two low-frequency curves. Since David Bock, the designer of all Bock microphones, is definitely a fan of German solidity, you're assured of a studio-ready large-diaphragm condenser microphone that's fully prepped for the 21st century.
