The JB Systems Vibe 8 is a small but wonderful addition to the Vibe series. There are a lot of applications where people want the sound to be well dispersed. However, the disadvantage of a system with only two speakers is that they will have to blast out a lot of volume to be heard at the back of the room. This is why the compact Vibe 8 speakers are an ideal addition to the series. With their 8-inch woofer and separate driver for HF, they perform beautifully for background music, vocals and speech. They can also be supported by a subwoofer that you can position freely in a space. A set of four Vibe 8 speakers with a 15-inch subwoofer can produce a great deal of sound! Ideal for background music during the day and party music during the nights!

Construction of the Vibe 8

The Vibe 8 has a relatively compact, robust housing. It is made of 15mm thick plywood and is finished with a scratchproof lacquer. The special glass fibre horn of the tweeter ensures a perfect dispersion of the high tones, so that these can be spread out over your audience. Both the tweeter and woofer are protected by a full-size metal grille. This means that the Vibe 8 is also usable for mobile applications.

Applications of the speaker

The Vibe 8 is optimised for background music, speech and light vocals, thanks to its 8-inch woofer and separate tweeter. For an optimal and full sound, a separate subwoofer can always be used. This way, the Vibe 8 is ideal for presentation spaces, pubs, restaurants and other venues where background music and speech are the most important things. It can also do its job at a louder volume, however!
