I am "over the moon" with these recorders/blokfluiten. They are for the YAZIDI people in tent-camps where in Kurdistan (Iraq). I am here to teach the survivors (2014 genocide) English and computer skills but also organize musical events. I had ordered some already before and the people here are thrilled and want to learn (the flute is almost sacred to them). The sound is good and it should be a great succes!
BAX Music was incredibly helpful, gracious and generous to work with me to be able to get 400+ recorders for the three Yezidi camps near to each other and In 2 weeks Marie-Jose is bringing the flutes with here when she is coming for two weeks to teach this recorder to the Yezidi people here. I have promised the people that when they have followed 10 lessons with Marie-Jose they may keep the flute for their lifetime!

I myself am a singer and I cannot teach instruments therefore I am asking other women who can teach the recorder to consider coming for one or 2 weeks to teach this instrument to the Yezidi.
